Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us before you send us an email about your return:

For reasons of health protection, sanitary and hygiene, unless they are faulty, we cannot offer refunds on our products unless they are returned within 90 days from the time you received your purchase. To ensure the quick processing of your return please confirm the return facility address with our customer service at and provide us with the tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or defective.


Customers can cancel their orders only within 24 hours after purchasing the product.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not accept any refund or cancellation when customer’s package is shipped out. Please check our cancellation policy above.

We do not accept any refund regarding any racial/country discrimination of our product. For example, because it is made in “a specific country”, I want a refund. We have zero tolerance on any racial/country discriminiation and won’t refund our customers for any reason like that.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
